Framer - Interior Walls Department (Manufactured Housing / Construction)

Now Hiring – Start Immediately | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours

What You’ll Do
  • Build and assemble interior wall framing components for manufactured homes
  • Set floor and ceiling components as part of the framing process
  • Measure, cut, and install wood materials according to specifications
  • Install sheetrock as needed and secure work to meet applicable codes and standards
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and nail guns safely and efficiently
  • Use ladders safely and work on rooftops as needed to complete assigned tasks
  • Ensure all framing (walls, floors, and ceilings) is square, level, and meets quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous framing, construction, or carpentry experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
  • Ability to read measurements and use basic construction tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
Schedule
  • Monday – Friday
  • Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • After Training: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Overtime available (paid at 1.5x)
  • Occasional Saturdays based on production and staffing needs
Pay & Benefits
  • Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE
  • Weekly pay (Fridays – one week in arrears)
