Production Associate - Night Shift – Caldwell, .
Job DescriptionWe are seeking Production Associates for Night Shifts. This role is crucial in supporting production manufacturing processes to meet customer deadlines. You will acquire job skills and learn company policies to complete routine tasks. The position involves working on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment under close supervision.
Responsibilities- Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.
- Lift and assemble components weighing no more than 10-15 lbs.
- Follow detailed instructions to complete routine tasks.
- Adhere to production standards and goals.
- Ensure quality and efficiency in work processes.
- Basic computer skills including navigation and basic Excel for documentation.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn production standards.
- Great attitude and willingness to be flexible in different roles.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
- One or more years of related experience preferred.
- Experience in electronic manufacturing or similar fields is a plus.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and adaptability to change.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caldwell, .
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
