As a Machinist, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Caldwell, Idaho

Pay Range: $85,000 - $93,600

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce precision parts
• Support machining centers involved in plate and structural steel processing
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards

What's Needed?

• Experience operating CNC Mills and familiarity with current tooling options
• Knowledge of machining processes and safety protocols
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
