KIT Custom Home Builders is seeking a hands-on Production Foreman to lead a high-volume manufactured housing production team onsite in Caldwell, role drives daily output, quality, safety, and efficiency while implementing improvements across the plant.
Starting August 31, 2026, the team moves to a Monday–Thursday schedule (6:00 AM–4:30 PM) with three-day weekends and ongoing leadership responsibilities. Competitive salary with bonuses and comprehensive benefits support long-term growth.
