Lead Operator
We are looking for a Lead Operator to join our Caldwell, . As a Lead Operator with Contech you will contribute to America's essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management.

About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with foreman to make certain everyone is aware of production schedules.
- Keep communication open with employees and managers.
- Trains new employees on various jobs.
- Discuss daily production with Lead, Production Planner, or Plant Manager.
- Enforce safety and work rules.
- Ensure quality specifications are being met on ALL product produced
- Ensure that work areas are kept clean daily
- Ensure Lean principles are being utilized; 5S, TPM, & Quick Changeover are used to eliminate downtime.
- Ensure corrective action takes place on all non-conformances in accordance with Pre/Post Shift Audits as well as Monthly Leadership Audits.
- Other duties assigned.
About You
We Require:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Good organizational and math skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- 1-2 years experience in a lead/supervisory role.
