We are seeking dependable Packagers to join a fast-paced food production team. In this role, you will package and box tortillas, maintain quality standards, and help keep production running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Count, package, and box tortillas
- Work on a fast-paced production line
- Lift and move boxes up to 32 lbs.
- Stack boxes onto pallets as needed
- Follow safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards
- Stand and work for 12-hour shifts
Qualifications: This is an entry level role with eager candidates looking to start their career path in production.
- Manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Type & Location:
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caldwell, .
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $16.60 - $18.10/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
