Current Openings & ShiftsWe are currently hiring for several production positions across multiple shifts:
- Bagging Operations – Day Shift or Swing Shift
- Block Production – Graveyard Shift
- Pelleting Operations – Day Shift or Swing Shift
Whether you prefer working days, evenings, or overnight, we have opportunities available. Specific schedules and shift details will be discussed during the hiring process.
What You'll DoAs a Feed Mill Operator, you'll help support daily feed production activities, including:
- Operate bagging and production equipment used in the feed manufacturing process.
- Monitor feed quality and identify products that meet company quality standards.
- Assist with feed processing operations, including mixing, grinding, receiving, and pellet production activities.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Follow safety procedures, operating instructions, and quality standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Support other production and facility needs as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, production, agricultural, feed mill, or equipment operation experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to learn and safely operate production equipment and forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and willingness to follow written and verbal instructions.
This is an active, hands-on position. Team members should be able to:
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials, equipment, and tools.
Occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, or balance.
Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work in environments requiring close attention to equipment, product quality, and safety.
This position is based in a feed manufacturing facility and may involve:
Working around moving machinery and production equipment.
Exposure to varying temperatures and outdoor weather conditions.
Occasional exposure to dust, feed particles, vibration, humidity, and elevated work areas.
A loud work environment where hearing protection may be required.
