Rotational Molding Operations Leader

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Caldwell, , for a Rotational Molding Plant Operations Leader. The Operations Leader will oversee daily operations of the rotational molding process, including managing production schedules, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. They will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team, optimizing processes for operational efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various departments to meet production goals.

• Experience and expertise in rotational molding processes, production management, and operational efficiency
• Team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
• Knowledge of quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving abilities and process optimization skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
• A background in plastics manufacturing or related industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
