Not for Profit Health Center in Boise area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in Family Practice. This NCQA-recognized Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is located 45 minutes Southeast of Boise, Idaho near Mountain Home Air Force Base.

Details:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Must have 4 – 5 years of experience as an NP/PA in Primary Care
• Patients include all ages
• See 15-18 patients per day
• Schedule is Monday – Friday 8am – 5 pm; occasional later shift 11:30am - 7:30pm; once a month rotate one Saturday 8am - 5pm.
• On call once a month
• Procedures may include suture removal, immunizations, x-rays, gynecological procedures, pain management for chronic diseases, etc.
