Job Description:
The Travel RN Med Surg will provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced environment, displaying expertise in the management of patients undergoing medical and surgical treatments. The nurse will work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of patient conditions.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans and interventions.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Document patient progress and medical history accurately in compliance with hospital policies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN License and BLS certification required.
- Previous Med Surg experience preferred.
