Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Caldwell, Idaho, 83605!

Travel RN – Emergency Department (Night Shift)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend Required

• Provide direct patient care in a 27-bed Emergency Department with a patient ratio of 4:1, occasionally 5:1 depending on acuity
• Apply strong emergency nursing skills including trauma response, stroke protocols, and sepsis management
• Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call shifts as pre-scheduled by the department, which may result in overtime if called in
• Collaborate as part of a team-oriented unit that values attendance, professionalism, and a positive attitude

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Idaho or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
• Demonstrated experience with trauma, stroke, and sepsis care
• Required
  
  Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, STABLE, CPI
• Professional appearance required: royal blue scrubs (or royal blue top with black bottoms), natural hair color, tattoos covered, minimal piercings

• Experience in Trauma, Pediatric ER, or Behavioral Health settings
• Prior experience within HCA-affiliated facilities
• NRP certification preferred
• Positive, team-player personality with a strong attendance record
