Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking Seasonal Quality Assurance Technicians for a warehouse facility in Parma, Idaho
. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy quality control, data collection, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Must be willing to transition to a 4-day Monday-Thursday night or day shift (5:00- 5:00) if business needs require.
• Night shift differential: +$1.00/hour

• $18-$20 per hour- DOE
• Additional $1.00 per hour for night shift assignments

• Follow established sampling procedures and accurately record and report quality data.
• Collect, prepare, process, and evaluate product samples while maintaining accurate documentation of findings.
• Perform testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and hops to ensure finished product quality standards are met.
• Monitor products for compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records to support product traceability and quality assurance programs.
• Conduct visual inspections for appearance, color, and overall quality, as well as evaluate hop aromas when required.
• Operate laboratory equipment including scales, vibratory sifters, timers, thermal imaging devices, and laser/analog thermometers.
• Coordinate with third-party laboratories and track sample submissions, testing progress, and final results.
• Set up and utilize QR code systems, label printers, and other tracking tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready laboratory and sampling area at all times.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and support production and quality teams as needed.
• May assist in coordinating or guiding a small sampling crew of 3-5 employees with support from management.
• Perform additional job duties and special projects as assigned.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Capable of climbing multiple flights of stairs throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely lift up to 47 pounds from floor level to table height.
• Ability to push and/or pull up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable working in both cold and ambient-temperature environments
  .
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
