Quality Manager

• Responsible for the creation, review, and updates to Quality Assurance Policies, Procedures
• Manage customer relationships and compliance with contractual obligations
• Support the implementation of food safety and quality policies
• Works together with Operations to ensure product safety and compliance
• Provide direction and insight for the development and implementation of operating and quality policies
• Support training curriculum and activities that assure compliance
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers’ quality, R&D and purchasing groups
• Lead communication with the customer in coordination with the McDonald’s Quality Team

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university
• 5+ years related experience and/or training
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A good understanding of SharePoint, Oracle, SAP and proficient use of MS Word and MS Excel

Demonstrates expertise in Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and customer contractual obligations. Strong ability to develop training programs and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams and customers.
