General Merchandise Team Associate

Full Time | Part Time $16.00 - $29.00/hr* (Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location)

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs, maintain displays, mix paint, cut fabric, and perform other duties as outlined in the official job description.

• Assist customers in finding products across Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, Sporting Goods, and other departments.
• Keep aisles neat and clean, stock shelves, and answer difficult product questions.
• Help with checkout as needed.
• Maintain proper order and look of in‑store displays.
• Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders.
• Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise, ensure orders are filled accurately, and dispense orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain a positive attitude, greet customers politely, and thank them for their business.
