Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive “
Sales Executive
” to support our growth across corporate, leisure, group, and MICE segments.

• Presentable, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields preferred
• Previous hotel sales experience, especially in group sales or MICE, is desirable
• Proficient in MS Office;
  Opera/Fidelio Suite8 knowledge is an advantage
• Strong planning, reporting, and follow-up skills
• Able to participate in field sales initiatives, support guest visits, and work flexible hours as required

• Achieve sales targets in line with the hotel’s commercial strategy
• Manage leisure, group, and MICE sales activities
• Develop existing accounts and generate new business opportunities
• Prepare offers, contracts, and pricing proposals
• Handle group blocks, banquet inquiries, and event coordination
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Represent the resort in sales calls, site inspections, fairs, and workshops
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments (F&O, Finance, F&B)
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and client follow-ups
