We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Account Manager to build and strengthen relationships within the food processing industry. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them identify solutions that support their business objectives while driving long‑term growth for both the customer and our organization. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong consultative sales skills, a passion for customer success, and a proven ability to identify opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and achieve sales goals.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts to increase sales and customer value.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, needs, and concerns.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Provide customer training and startup support as needed.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account progress.
- Consistently follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience and continued engagement.
- Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 2–5 years of sales, account management, or business development experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience assessing customer needs and developing tailored solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Experience building and maintaining successful client relationships.
