Position: Administrator on Duty - Residential Center for Healing & Resilience

Administrator on Duty – Residential Center for Healing & Resilience

As Administrator on Duty for the Residential Center for Healing & Resilience, you will serve as the primary contact for all needs on your shift, ensuring safety, security, and effective operation of the campus.

Responsibilities
  • Overall safety, security, and effective functioning of the campus during assigned shift.
  • Primary contact with program management and leadership for non‑routine or emergency situations, directing staff and facility resources.
  • Review scheduled staffing for assigned shifts, monitor to ensure presence at posts, adherence to schedules and break compliance.
  • Ensure all staff members complete appropriate reports for any incidents, review reports, take corrective actions, and identify remedial actions.
Qualifications
  • Must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid Idaho driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of required notifications and procedures to be followed in the event of an emergency or unusual situation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of Idaho Department of Health and Welfare safety and security regarding PRTF operations.
Shift & Location

This position requires an 8‑hour shift per week, from 10:45 pm to 7:00 am. The position is located in Idaho and candidates must be within a reasonable distance to the campus.
