KIT is actively recruiting Exterior Siding Installers for our production facility in Caldwell, Idaho. Responsibilities:

* Install exterior siding, remove & install gutters and downspouts

* Install soffit and facia as well as wrap windows and doors

* Previous experience as a carpenter or siding installer preferred

* Knowledge of trim carpentry techniques and tools

Requirements:

* Previous experience with installing siding or related construction work is required

* Please list this experience in your application

* Experience with Hardie lap siding and OSB, vertical siding (T-11)

* Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately

* Proficiency in using power tools and operating heavy equipment

* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

* Attention to detail and ability to work accurately

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

* Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions t be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure, as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
