Title Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering high‑quality service.

• Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines.
• Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service Titan and other trade software systems.
• Ensure that the work performed is aligned with industry standards.
• Communicate issues in a non‑technical manner to clients.

• 3+ years as an HVAC service technician
• Residential HVAC experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems

• Stand/Sit:
  Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
