Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify signs of wear or malfunction. - Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and adjusting equipment to ensure longevity.
- Replace or repair parts as necessary to keep equipment in good working condition.
- Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery or systems. - Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to fix or replace faulty components.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Installation: and or relocation of production equipment.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment, systems, or machinery.
- Set up and calibrate new systems to meet operational requirements.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts replacement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow safety protocols and ensure the work environment remains hazard-free.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting 2-5 years.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance protocols.

Physical Requirements:
