MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

Provides a safe, comfortable and well‑maintained physical environment at all district buildings, utilizing specialized skills in the building maintenance field.

Work is 40 hours per week, eight hours per day, 260 calendar days. Starting pay for the 2026‑2027 school year ranges from $24.96 to $31.61 per hour based on applicable experience. Benefits are included.

• Maintenance staff provide essential services to maintain the function and safety of our schools, which is necessary to support student learning.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some education specific to building or construction trades
• Ability to successfully demonstrate physical capacity to perform the responsibilities of the position through a Fitness for Duty physical
• Clean driving record and valid Class D driver's license
