Simplot - - Responsibilities:
Installs, operates, and maintains central process control equipment and instrumentation including computers, programmable controllers, motor controllers and wiring;
Tunes and calibrates instrumentation and performs preventive/predictive maintenance;
Assists with programming PLCs and SCADA to ensure reliability;
Assists with electrical and automation system plans for capital projects;
Performs troubleshooting and repairs of equipment and automation systems to minimize downtime
