Lead Technician

United Site Services is seeking a Lead Technician-Service to direct daily field operations supporting construction and industrial customers. In this role, you'll oversee the installation, servicing, and pickup of portable restrooms, temporary fencing, and related site solutions, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant work on every job. You will lead and train technicians, coordinate routes, inspect equipment, and respond quickly to service issues while maintaining detailed documentation.

Working in a fast-paced, field-based environment, you'll model United Site Services' safety-first, customer-focused culture and help drive operational excellence and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field service operations for portable restrooms, temporary fencing, and related site solutions
• Train, mentor, and support service technicians on safety, quality, and customer standards
• Plan and execute installation, servicing, and pickup routes to meet customer timelines
• Inspect equipment and vehicles, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues on job sites with minimal supervision
• Communicate with dispatch, operations, and customers to address changes and priorities
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and basic inventory counts
• Promote a safety-first culture by following and enforcing OSHA and company policies
