LocationThis position is located in Idaho; candidates must be within a reasonable distance of our location.
Responsibilities- Assists stakeholders, referral sources and community resources with information and referral options.
- Hires, onboards and ensures all Case Managers are trained and certified.
- Completes assessments to determine program eligibility and fit.
- Monitors spending expenses for the department and assists in developing budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field and 4 years’ experience working with families or children in a social service setting and 2 years in staff supervision OR Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field, 3 years’ experience working with families or children in a social service setting and 2 years in staff supervision.
- Strong communication, outreach and organization skills.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with clients, community and contract agencies.
- Ability to learn and use EHR efficiently.
