This is a collaborative position meaning you will work with the clinical and medical team at the RCHR, client family and referral sources to meet the comprehensive needs of the client. Must Haves:
- Social Work Licensure or Bachelors degree in behavioral science or related field with 1 year experience with children in a social service setting or 5 years experience with children in a social service setting
- Ability to complete annual certification of CANS
- Demonstrate knowledge of Medicaids Youth Empowerment Services
- Demonstrate a working understanding of HIPAA and Medicaid guidelines
- Provide case management for youth receiving inpatient residential care, assess, plan, link, coordinate, and monitor options and services that address a youth and family's needs, help clients learn gain and maintain access to services and providers, and provide skill building services specific to goals identified in the individualized treatment plan to the point where the client may be safely, efficiently and effectively treated in the least restrictive service level.

The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
