Who We Are:

At Title Resources Group (TRG), people come first. We are proud of our collaborative culture and our commitment to supporting each team member’s professional growth. We believe in helping you own, develop, and nurture your career—because your success drives ours.

TRG is one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing title insurance underwriters, built specifically to serve the real estate industry. Operating in 37 states and the District of Columbia, we provide knowledgeable and responsive underwriting solutions to a broad network of title insurance agents.

Our mission is to cultivate lifelong relationships through exceptional service, integrity, and financial strength. At TRG, we don’t just write policies—we build partnerships that last.

Overview:

We’re looking for a product-minded AI Engineering Intern to help build and improve production AI agents that reduce manual work across internal teams. This is a hands‑on engineering internship: you’ll contribute code, collaborate with stakeholders on real workflows, and help make AI systems measurable and reliable in production (not research prototypes).

What You’ll Do:
  • Help deliver AI‑agent capabilities end-to‑end: implement features, iterate, and support rollout/usage for internal teams.
  • Contribute to agent design patterns (tools/functions, memory/state, retrieval where applicable) and help create testable/versioned prompts
    .
  • Build user-facing and backend features using C#/.NET and Type Script/React so agents are usable, safe, and fast.
  • Support deployments and operations on Azure (including Azure AI Foundry or adjacent Azure AI services), working with the team on production readiness.
  • Improve quality and reliability by contributing to success metrics, evals/test suites, and regression testing focused on reducing failure modes.
What Success Looks Like:
  • You ship meaningful improvements that internal users can use, and you can explain how you validated quality (tests/evals/metrics).
Required Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a BS/MS (CS/Software Engineering or similar) or equivalent engineering project experience.
  • Strong fundamentals (debugging, problem solving, learning mindset) and comfort working in a team (code reviews, discussions, iteration).
  • At least one of the following: deep experience with Microsoft Foundry or Claude Code (or similar) or ability to code in C#/.NET or Type Script/React
