We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled senior developer to join our team and play a critical role in designing, developing, and modernizing our satellite capacity management and planning applications. In this position, you’ll work closely with business analysts, architects, and fellow developers, contributing directly to the ongoing digital transformation and automation initiatives within the Capacity Tools domain.

• You have 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in complex or mission‑critical environments.
• You are proficient in Java / Spring Boot and React, with a strong understanding of microservice architectures and API‑based systems.
• You are an independent, proactive, and detail‑oriented developer who thrives in collaborative, cross‑functional environments.
• You have a passion for continuously improving both application performance and user experience.
• (Bonus) You have an interest or experience in AI / ML frameworks and are eager to explore innovative features like predictive analytics or automation.

• Develop and maintain both back‑end and front‑end components using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices, integrating them with corporate platforms.
• Contribute to the modernization of legacy tools and help harmonize technical architectures for better scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to build robust and scalable solutions.
• Participate in technical design reviews, advocate for best practices, and support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• (Optional / Nice‑to‑have) Prototype AI‑driven features to enhance system functionality through predictive analytics, automation, or optimization.

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  At least 5 years of experience in software development within complex or mission‑critical environments.

• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Strong knowledge of microservice architectures and API‑based systems.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Mulesoft, OAuth2 / EntraID.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.
• (Bonus) Experience or interest in AI / ML frameworks for advanced feature development.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive work style.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multi‑project international environment.
• Comfortable working in English within a diverse, cross‑functional team.
