Responsibilities:
* Sort, separate, and organize materials based on type, size, or quality
* Inspect items for defects, contamination, or damage
* Load and unload products or materials as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines
* Assist with general labor tasks such as sweeping, stacking, staging, or packaging
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
* Previous general labor, warehouse, or sorting experience preferred but not required
* Ability to lift up to [insert lbs] repetitively
* Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Ability to work in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, dusty, etc.) if applicable
