Production Operator

Machine Operator

Pay: $18–$19/hr + $1/hr shift premium for off shifts

Location:

Racine Area

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Operate multiple stations on high-speed production equipment.
• Collect and stack finished cardboard products.
• Use a tape measure to ensure products meet specifications.
• Load machines with raw materials.
• Support production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of production or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/8 inch.
• Reliable and safety-focused work ethic.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caledonia, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
