Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices! We’re looking for a full‑time Automotive Alignment Technician to join our team in Calera, AL.

Automotive Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly‑mounted tires and wheels on customers’ vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles, our technicians reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true. They also complete state‑mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs.

To be eligible for the position you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Have a state inspection license (preferred).

Physical requirements:

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair.
• Regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
