- 2 years of proven customer service/administrative experience
- Confident typing skills and multitasking abilities

- A calm, collected presence under pressure
- Quick to solve problems and find solutions
- Effective at juggling multiple customer touch-points
- Organized with clean, accurate documentation
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and courteous manner
- Process customer orders, service requests, and account updates accurately
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Provide product or service information and assist with troubleshooting when needed
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, accuracy, and response time
