Key Responsibilities- Meet with customers to discuss their financing needs and present suitable loan options.
- Explain financing products and services clearly, ensuring customers fully understand their choices.
- Gather necessary documentation from customers to facilitate loan applications.
- Process loan applications and work with banks and credit unions to secure approvals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to acquire competitive rates and terms for customers.
- Communicate regularly with lenders to follow up on pending applications and resolve any issues.
- Analyze customer credit profiles and provide recommendations for loan approvals.
- Ensure all financing transactions comply with federal and state regulations and dealership policies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of financing deals and provide regular updates to dealership management.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, lending laws, and dealership policies.
- Stay up to date on changes in finance-related legislation impacting the RV industry.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience and streamline financing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the RV or auto industry is required.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in financial management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
- Estimated compensation package of $150,000 + annually (varies depending on the employee’s monthly commission performance)
