INGREDIENT PACKER - SCOOPER

Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Ingredient Packer - Scooper for a company based in Calera, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow with the ability to train in other locations and grow your skills. It is a climate‑controlled facility, and the company is family oriented.

Pay Rate
: $15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must be available for mandatory overtime.

• Measuring seasons and spices.
• Packaging spices into bags and boxes.
• Placing shipping labels onto bags or boxes once items are completed.
• Pouring accurate measurements into the blenders and grinders.
• Operating machinery that requires extreme attention to detail.

• Will request proof of high‑school diploma, GED, or transcript before being able to start.
• Comfortable wearing a hair net and/or beard net.
• Ability to understand basic mathematical measurements.
• Attention to detail.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift barrels and boxes up to 50 pounds.

Full‑time (Temporary to Hire)

• Weekly pay.
• Medical, dental, vision, short‑term disability, and life insurance.
• 40‑hour service bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1,500 hours.
• Six paid holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1,500 hours.
