Plant Power & Control Systems is a trusted provider of high-quality electrical control systems serving industrial and commercial clients. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our team.
Responsibilities- Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating, including sanding, masking, and applying pre-treatment.
- Apply powder coating materials to a variety of fabricated parts using spray equipment.
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, ovens, and spray guns.
- Ensure proper curing of coated parts by monitoring oven temperatures and bake times.
- Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and adherence to company standards.
- Touch up, rework, or recoat parts when necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist with material handling, hanging, and packaging of finished products.
- Collaborate with production team to meet daily schedules and deadlines.
