Registered Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ICU RN to deliver exceptional critical care at leading healthcare facilities nationwide. In this role, you'll assess, monitor, and manage high-acuity patients, collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure safe, evidence-based care. • Provide direct critical care to ICU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
• Continuously monitor and interpret vital signs, hemodynamics, and complex equipment parameters
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage ventilators and other life-support equipment per provider orders and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust patient care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, offering education, support, and updates on condition and treatment
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation and follow hospital and regulatory standards
• Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives in each facility
• Rapidly adapt to new ICU environments, policies, and EMR systems at different assignment locations
• Respond to emergencies and participate in codes, utilizing advanced life support skills
• Participate in ongoing professional development and competency maintenance
