What you'll be doing
  • Perform chemical, physical, and environmental testing on raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, fuels, and environmental systems
  • Interpret laboratory data and communicate results to support product quality, process performance, and operational decision-making
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration standards, inventories, and quality documentation to ensure reliable testing and regulatory compliance
  • Support continuous improvement, quality investigations, and site safety initiatives across the plant
What you'll bring
  • At least one year of laboratory, manufacturing, mining, industrial, or related experience, or equivalent technical education or training
  • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing laboratory environment with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and communicate technical information clearly
  • Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts within a continuous manufacturing operation
