Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs.
• Assist in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock adjustments, and assist with inventory management.
• Plan and implement product presentations, including signage and pricing.
• Promptly display new products and dispose of discontinued products in accordance with the markdown program.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain company-assigned plan‑ograms accurately.
• Answer phones and assist customers.
• Maintain a safe work area for customers and coworkers.
• May balance daily receipts, record cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• May cross‑train to perform other duties.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Merchandiser is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner.
• Ability to handle problems and achieve successful outcomes.
• Flexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management.
• Strong computer skills.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
