Warehouse Associate — Fast & Ship OT

Core Focus Personnel, LLC is a Staffing, Training, and Logistics company serving Alabama's automotive industry.

Distribution warehouse in the Calera, AL area seeking qualified Warehouse Associates for full-time positions on all shifts. This position is responsible for filling customer orders using pick lists and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards. Associates will obtain merchandise from bins or shelves, ensure order accuracy, and may operate material handling equipment. This position works under the direction of supervisors and senior personnel within the department.

Weekly pay starting at $15.50/hour with shift differential opportunities available depending on shift assignment.

• Verify and accurately pick all products for customer delivery
• Use scanners and/or Pick-to-Light applications to fulfill orders
• Perform departmental job functions.
• Assist in achieving daily department quality targets
• Report shortages, overages, damages, incorrect UPCs, and mispacked items to Team Leads or Outbound Managers

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and specification sheets
• Previous warehouse, picking, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience working with Microsoft OS, Microsoft 365, handheld scanning devices, and some iOS platforms preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Ability to work entire shifts and overtime as needed

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move over 60 pounds
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures fluctuate with weather conditions
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment and assist in multiple departments as needed
