  • Work alongside one other OB/GYN
  • Join a call group that has 7 total physicians
  • See 25-35 patients per day in the clinic
  • Inpatient volume varies
  • High percentage of Spanish speaking patients
  • Spanish speaking is preferred, not required

• Organization Information:
  • Hospital employed position
  • You'd be contracted with the group as 1099 independent contractor
  • Salary range of $360,000-$400,000 a year
  • Two years base compensation and then a strictly WRVU model
  • WRVU model is for all productivity including surgeries, visits, etc.
  • Sign-on and relocation available
  • Student loan repayment available (HRSA)
  • 4 weeks' vacation
  • 1 week CME
  • $3,000 CME
