Summary of

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for coordinating all activities that occur inside the stockroom. Timely and accurate picks and delivery of work order materials to production lines is essential to this job.

• Accurately pick all work orders supplied to the stockroom.
• Store all material that is delivered from the Receiving Dept.
• Manage all RTS parts on a weekly basis.
• Logically set storage locations to ensure efficient work order picks.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via accurate picking, receiving, and use of SAP.
• Maintain required logs and records.
• Maintain and continuously improve 5S of the stockroom.
• The employee may be required to work beyond normal working hours from time to time as the workload dictates.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee).
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel and talk or hear.
• Ability to use hands to count small parts.
• MRP/ERP system knowledge.
• Ability to demonstrate analytical problem solving.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must have the ability to function in a fast‑paced environment while performing multiple tasks.
• Ability to read, write and interpret shipping, receiving and other types of documents.
• Turnaround time of kit fulfillment.
• Inventory accuracy.
• On‑time delivery of parts to production line.
• Training hours.

  Experience and knowledge of SAP.

  Experience working in a stockroom in a manufacturing environment.

  Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
