Starting Rate: $17.00 – $18.04 per hour

• Engage customers and provide personalized product advice to help them choose the right items.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise.
• Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately process payments, and ensure a positive closing interaction.
• Stay informed on product offerings, sharing details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Retail sales, customer service, or cashier experience is a plus.
• Minimum age 18 years.
