Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Calexico Commons. You will oversee general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and on-call duties to keep the student apartment community in top condition, ensuring resident satisfaction and professional service.
The role requires 3–4 years of maintenance experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
