CDL Fuel Transportation Driver

Calexico, CA

Annualized Base Pay: $90k-$100k annually*

Shift: 4:00 AM or 4:00 PM

Days Off:
Rotating 5/2, 5/3 work schedule

The expected compensation range for this position includes hourly base pay of $20, with additional compensation through performance-based incentives, load delivery pay, and accessorial pay for eligible specialized services performed. Actual compensation will vary based on hours-worked, driver productivity, and other applicable job-related factors.

• At least 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Recent experience operating a manual transmission
• Must be 21+
• Must be able to pass a background check, DOT physical, drug test and driving test
• Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements:
  • Tanker
  • Hazmat

• Quarterly safety bonus (up to $2,000/quarter or $8,000/year)

• Home Daily:
  You'll work a rotating schedule of 5 days on/2 days off, then 5 days on/3 days off, repeating throughout the year.

• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to perform the following physical behaviors repetitively throughout a shift: standing, walking, handling, reaching horizontally, and grasping firmly
• Must be able to perform the following physical behaviors frequently throughout a shift: reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 75-100 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions
