Overview
This role will be responsible for ensuring that all materials designated for export to Mexico are accurate and meet company requirements before shipment.
Key Responsibilities- Verify that all materials scheduled for export match the correct part numbers and quantities
- Cross‑check shipment documentation against physical inventory
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and export requirements
- Identify and report discrepancies immediately
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and documentation teams as needed
- Maintain accurate records of verified shipments
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of inventory systems and part numbers
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with shipping/export processes
- Familiarity with cross‑border shipments (Mexico)
