In this 18-month contract position, you will ensure timely document production while maintaining the accuracy of information.
Your role includes adhering to policies and standards and updating reports to meet business objectives and service levels. A basic understanding of insurance laws is important for compliance and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate document processing and timely production
• Contribute to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Adhere to company policies and performance expectations
• Regularly update reports using predefined templates
• Maintain knowledge of relevant insurance laws and legislation
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail in task completion
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a related area is a plus
• Commitment to meeting company performance standards
