Our tenants are typically large, best‑in‑class hospital operators or healthcare practitioners, largely supported by direct or indirect government funding. Demand for these essential services and the space to house them is expected to continue to increase with ageing populations and urban migration.
- Creation of lease abstracts and input of lease transaction details into Yardi, including new leases, lease renewals, remeasurements, etc.
- Collaborate with the Accounting group to ensure information in the system is accurate and reliable
- Coordinate leasing processes to assist in the marketing and leasing of space in the national portfolio
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasts and ad‑hoc reporting requirements
- Provide support for business development initiatives such as proactive leasing strategies
- Coordinate between leasing team, project management, and third‑party property management for lease‑related construction projects
- Liaise with 3rd‑party property management to coordinate workflows between asset management, leasing, and property management
- Provide executive assistant support to the Vice President, Asset Management
- Manage calendars and arrange travel through diligent planning, coordination and communication to optimize time management
- Provide overall administrative support to Asset Management team
- Coordinate asset management schedules, events, and meetings
- Creation of Word documentation and basic Excel spreadsheets
- Create business expense reports for Asset Management personnel
- Handle general office functions in Calgary such as ordering supplies and organizing couriers
- Perform other related duties as required
- Minimum 3 years of related property administration, executive support, or related experience (commercial real estate preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Yardi experience is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
- Strong customer service mindset, always eager to help others on the asset management and leasing team, likes to help others
- Professional communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders
- Self‑motivated, flexible, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Occasional availability outside regular business hours
- Strong commitment to and demonstration of confidentiality
- High level of professionalism, with a polished and approachable demeanour
$64,000–$70,000 CAD per year.
