AGAT is hiring an entry‑level Payroll Administrative Coordinator for a full‑time permanent role at our Calgary corporate office
. You will report directly to the Payroll Supervisor and support the payroll team with data entry, reporting, filing, and administrative duties.
- Data entry and input of verified payroll information for new hires and employee status changes.
- Assist with responding to employee inquiries on payroll‑related issues.
- Help prepare reports and other payroll documentation.
- Perform filing and other administrative tasks.
- High School Diploma.
- Working toward a PCP designation is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a payroll department is an asset.
- Experience with ADP products is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English required;
French a considerable asset. - Computer skills and proficiency with common office software required.
- Planning, organization, attention to detail, analysis, and decision‑making skills required.

Location and CompensationCalgary, Alberta, Canada – Salary: CA $45,000.00 – CA $60,000.00 per year.
