AGAT is hiring an entry‑level Payroll Administrative Coordinator for a full‑time permanent role at our Calgary corporate office
. You will report directly to the Payroll Supervisor and support the payroll team with data entry, reporting, filing, and administrative duties.

• Data entry and input of verified payroll information for new hires and employee status changes.
• Assist with responding to employee inquiries on payroll‑related issues.
• Help prepare reports and other payroll documentation.
• Perform filing and other administrative tasks.

• High School Diploma.
• Working toward a PCP designation is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a payroll department is an asset.
• Experience with ADP products is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills in English required;
  French a considerable asset.
• Computer skills and proficiency with common office software required.
• Planning, organization, attention to detail, analysis, and decision‑making skills required.
