We’re looking for an Contracts Admin to join our Contracts team and provide essential back-office support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, managing documentation, and ensuring accuracy in every step of the process.
What You’ll Do- Support the Contracts team by processing and tracking contract documents throughout their lifecycle.
- Review and compare contract details against system records to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to confirm details and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized logs and documentation in the Document Management System.
- Update pricing and other key data in the accounting system.
- Stay on top of emails, paperwork, and deadlines to keep everything running smoothly.
- 1–3 years of experience in an contract administrative or data entry role (experience in energy or marketing environments is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with systems like EOne or On Base is an asset (but not required).
