Reception/Administrative Assistant Position

Calgary, AB

Pattison Media’s Calgary division is seeking a Wildly talented individual to join our team for a full-time reception/administrative assistant position.
This is an in-office position Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Covering front desk reception, greeting guests and listeners, and answering phone calls
  • Provide general office administrative support including mail coordination, supply and promo material management, filing, and meeting support
  • Assisting with bank deposits
  • Station text responding
  • Schedule promotional campaigns and manage prizing distribution and documentation
  • Prepare wrap reports for station and sales driven events and promotions
  • Provide support to Accounting and Promotions teams as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications with strong Excel skills and proficient with basic creative and presentation tools such as Canva.
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to catch errors, follow processes, and ensure accuracy across all tasks.
  • Ability to work on site at our Calgary office; this is an in-office role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self starter
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
