Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is an entry-level position serving administrative functions across various departments and divisions. This role will be based at our Calgary location. The administrative assistant provides support to our Management, Marketing, and Business Development teams along with other administrative functions.
What you will be doing:
Strive to employ AGAT’s mission statement of “Service Beyond Analysis” by providing assistance to the Management and Sales teamsPeriodic travel bookings as requiredOrdering and invoicing and mail collectionVendor follow-up and PO creation, sending reports and invoicesUpdate Hubspot entries and create ad hoc reportsPreparation of meeting and presentation materialsRelieve Management of administrative functions such as planning and setting up for office meetingsOther general office administrative tasks as requiredWhat you bring to the table:
Minimum 2 year customer service and administrative experienceConfident computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office and Excel)Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM's a definite assetExcellent communication skills with clients and members of the team, both verbal and writtenExcellent planning, organization, decision making and time management skillsAttention to detail for routine tasks and commitment to quality standardsAbility to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced environmentExhibit patience and customer rapport building expertisePosition may entail exposure to confidential and sensitive information; confidentiality required
